What insurance and forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept the following insurance: Colorado Medicaid (CCHA and RMHP), CHP+, Medicare, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Carelon, Tri-Care, Tri-West (VA Community Care), Kaiser, UHC/Optum, UMR, Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP), Aetna and Cigna. We also accept cash and credit card payments (due at the time of your appointment).

What if you don’t take my insurance?

If we do not take your private insurance, that means we are an out-of-network provider and full payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. However, we can provide you with a Superbill, which you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement rates vary by plan, and we cannot guarantee how much, if any, will be covered. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits.
